| Compaq Power Distribution Units (PDUs) offer
unparalleled power protection and distribution for rack-mounted servers and server
options. Compaq PDU products manage power distribution in rack environments without
consuming valuable rack U-space. A unique side-wall mounted "zero-U" design
provides up to 12 AC receptacles that distribute power requirements within the rack
cabinets. Compaq single input Power Distribution Units are available in High and Low
Voltage models. |

| Rack Space Saving Design
("Zero-U") |
| The Compaq Power Distribution Unit's
exclusive "Zero-U" rack design provides managed power distribution for rack
cabinets without sacrificing valuable rack space needed for business critical servers and
storage requirements. This unique space saving design consumes no front-panel rack
mounting space and can be added to a fully configured rack. Compaq Power Distribution
Units are designed to be mounted between the frame members of Compaq 42U, 36U, and 22U
rack cabinets, thus preserving valuable rack space. |

| Consolidate and Maximize Cord Management |
| Provides up to 12 circuit breaker and
fuse-protected AC receptacles to consolidate power cords and maximize cord management. |

| Surge and Spike Protection |
| The Compaq Power Distribution Units (low and
high voltage models) are internally surge and spike protected. Additionally, in the event
of a catastrophic hardware failure, the unit is internally fused to ensure that harmful
levels of electrical energy do not further damage equipment. These internal fuses are not
user replaceable. |

| Compaq PDUs are available in 16A and 24A
capacity. |

| Input plugs |
| We offer two 16A, high voltage PDUs, one of
which is designed to connect to UPSs and the other is designed to connect directly into
the facility AC input. The new 16A, high voltage PDU (295363-B21) has an IEC 320 C20
input connection and is designed to connect with the R6000 and the R3000 high voltage
UPSs.
The other 16A, high voltage PDU (295363-002) has an L6-20 power input plug. This PDU
has a non-detachable cord and is designed to connect directly into the facility AC input.
The 24A high voltage Power Distribution Unit (295363-003) has an L6-30 non-detachable
input power cord. This PDU is designed to connect directly into the facility AC input.
The 24A, low voltage Power Distribution Unit (295363-001) has an L5-30 non-detachable
input power cord. This PDU connects to the low voltage R3000 UPS. |

| Compatibility |
| Tested to support the needs of Compaq
rack-mounted server and server options. Designed to fit into the sidewalls of the Compaq
rack cabinets, no valuable rack "U" space is required, allowing customers to
fully populate the cabinet with critical computing hardware, saving rack and floor space
in the customer's environment. |

| Covered by a three-year limited warranty.
Warranty covers failure of the Power Distribution Unit including failure of internal fuses
during the warranty period. |
