The Compaq NVIDIA® Quadro2 EX Graphics Controller offers a complete graphics solution for the mainstream workstation professional. Based on NVIDIA's NV11GL technology, the Quadro2 EX Graphics Controller delivers advanced workstation capabilities, Digital Vibrance Control (DVC), and the NVIDIA Shading Rasterizer. These features, combined with 400-M pixels/sec rendering power, 25-M triangle geometry processing power, and 2.93 Gbps memory bandwidth, make this an excellent solution in the CAD, DCC and GIS applications space.

Key Benefits

NVIDIA Shading Rasterizer™ (NSR) brings natural material properties (smoke, clouds, water, cloth, plastic, etc.) to life via seven simultaneous pixel operations that deliver advanced per-pixel shading capabilities in a single pass. NSR is a key element of the Develop and Deploy advantage offered by NVIDIA Quadro2 products.
DVC allows the user to adjust color controls digitally to compensate for the lighting conditions of their workspace for accurate, bright colors in all conditions.
Unified Driver Architecture (UDA) guarantees forward-and-backward as well as top-to-bottom compatibility across NVIDIA platforms.
Develop and Deploy allows content creators to develop artwork, 3D models, and application code on the same graphics architectures that are used for playback and QA testing. It also shortens time-to-market by enhancing artist and programmer productivity, as well as accelerating the QA cycle for applications.

Compatibility
