Overview

 

The Compaq CompactFlash (CF) Card Expansion Pack Plus augments the functionality of Compaq iPAQ Pocket PCs by adding a removable, rechargeable battery for improved productivity when away from the office and expandability via an open Type I or Type II CF Card Slot. With a CF Card Expansion Pack Plus, mobile users can purchase industry standard cards that increase the file storage space on their iPAQ Pocket PC, access their company's wireless local area network (WLAN) for e-mail and Web browsing, and access the Internet wirelessly through a cellular data network – plus a number of other functions. In addition, the CF Card Expansion Pack Plus incorporates the new Cover Pack design with a removable display cover to protect the screen and buttons on the front of the unit. The CF Card Expansion Pack Plus is compatible with the complete line of Expansion Pack Plus products including optional slim and extended removable batteries and the battery charger system.

The CF Card Expansion Pack Plus features a removable, rechargeable 920 milliamp hour (mAh) lithium-ion polymer battery that provides a supplemental power source for the iPAQ Pocket PC main battery. By providing power directly to the iPAQ Pocket PC, the CF Card Expansion Pack Plus provides hot swappable external batteries while providing continuous power to the CF card. With the CF Card Expansion Pack Plus, you also have the option of operating without an external battery creating a slim, lightweight CF card expansion solution for the iPAQ Pocket PC.

The CF Card Expansion Pack Plus has a one-year mail-in warranty on materials and worksmanship. Technical support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, by phone, as well as online support forums. Certain restrictions and exclusions apply.
