| Introduction | ||
|
The Compaq PC Card Expansion Pack Plus augments the functionality of Compaq iPAQ Pocket PCs by adding a removable, rechargeable battery for improved productivity when away from the office and expandability via an open Type II PC Card Slot. With a PC Card Expansion Pack Plus, mobile users can purchase industry standard cards that increase the file storage space on their iPAQ Pocket PC, access their company's wireless local area network (WLAN) for e-mail and Web browsing, and access the Internet wirelessly through a cellular data network. In addition, the PC Card Expansion Pack Plus incorporates the new Cover Pack design with a removable display cover to protect the screen and buttons on the front of the unit. The PC Card Expansion Pack Plus is compatible with the complete line of Expansion Pack Plus products including optional slim and extended removable batteries and the battery charger system. |
