| Introduction |
| Maximize the capacity and performance of HP workstations with Ultra320 SCSI Hard Drives. These high-capacity drives offer workstation-class performance. The combination of SMART self-monitoring drive technology and HP Insight event management software can provide an insurance policy against catastrophic data loss. If HP Insight Manager detects the possibility of a hard drive failure, the event is automatically reported to the LAN Administrator, who can take corrective action to prevent the failure before it occurs. Some computers may require the purchase of a separate SCSI controller. Hard drives operate at the maximum transfer rate supported by the controller. |

| Service and Support |
| Ultra320 SCSI Hard Drives carry either a one-year warranty or is covered by the remainder of the warranty period for the system unit in which it is installed – whichever is longer. HP offers a 7 x 24 technical support forum on the Internet. |
