HP StorageWorks Library and Tape ToolsHP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools is a robust diagnostic tool for tape storage and magneto-optical storage products. L&TT provides functionality for firmware downloads, verification of device operation, maintenance procedures, failure analysis, corrective service actions and a range of utility functions. It also provides seamless integration with HP’s hardware support organization by generating and e-mailing support tickets. It is ideal for customers who want ensured product reliability, self-diagnostics and faster resolution of tape device issues. Operating systems currently supported include HP-UX, MicrosoftÒ WindowsÒ , Novell NetWare, Tru64 and Linux.
