Most operating systems list both minimum and recommended system requirements. As a general rule, if your system meets the minimum requirements for the operating system, it will also meet the minimum system requirements for Data Protector Express. However, for better performance, we recommend that your system meets or exceeds the operating system's recommended requirements. Your system should have the following:

• 300MB of hard disk space for Data Protector Express application
• 20MB of hard disk space for Data Protector Express catalog (minimum)
• CD drive for Data Protector Express installation (recommended)
• For use with the Data Protector Express Bare Metal Disaster Recovery option: CD/DVD writer or a HP tape device
• VGA display with 1024x768 resolution (minimum)

Unlike all similar products, one year business hours (9x5) phone and e-mail support is included in software product price. This support also includes rights for one year to service packs and new version of Data Protector Express.
