How To Add New Firmware Component Versions

Applies to: Release 3.10 or greater
To add a newer firmware component version to RDP, copy the firmware component scexe
file to .\lib\software\ProLiant_Firmware.
Note: Some firmware components require an updated version of HP Smart Update
Manager (hpsum) utility. Without the updated utility, the firmware components will
fail to install. Updating the hpsum utility is not supported.
Important: When adding iLO, iLO2, or RILOE II firmware, an older version
of the component must remain in the ProLiant_Firmware directory.
