The storage controller must be configured in RAID 1 mode.

The BL870c can only have two drives present during installation.

Windows 2003/2008 IA64, Integrity Mid-Range and High-End server prerequisites

The default PXE boot option must be set to "WinPE Managed".

For the scripted install jobs, Deploy Integrity RX/BL + Windows 2003 IA64 Enterprise + ISP {WinPE} and Deploy Integrity RX/BL + Windows 2008 IA64 + ISP {WinPE}

The target server must be a new, bare-metal server with ACPI mode = windows that just appeared in the console, or

The target server must have a blank hard drive, be removed from the console, have ACPI mode = windows, and then cold-booted into an Altiris automation environment.

For the Capture Windows 2003 IA64 Sysprep Image {WinPE} job

The reference server must have the latest Windows 2003 Integrity Support Pack installed.

The reference server must rebooted into EFI, set to APCI mode = windows, and allowed to boot back into Windows production.

For the Deploy Integrity RX/BL + Windows 2003 IA64 Sysprep Image + ISP {WinPE} job

The target server must meet the prerequisites of the scripted install job above.

Mid-Range and High-End server general limitations

iLO power control commands are not available.

Partition information is not available. Each mid-range and high-end server partition shows up in the console as a new server.

Linux Integrity Support Pack
If an Integrity Support Pack (ISP) installation fails with requiring the gcc package, install
the package and rerun the ISP job.
