Important! All servers support the keyboard/mouse external cable as well as the AC adapter. Whenever the 16-pin internal cable is used, the external cables should not be used. Frequently, customers try to use the external mouse/keyboard cables with the internal cables, causing conflicts with the mouse and keyboard functions.
