The HP ProLiant Storage Server Family Service and Support Instructor-led Training (ILT), along
with the prerequisite HP ProLiant Storage Server (NAS) WBT, covers sales, service, and support
information for the HP ProLiant Storage Server (NAS) product family. Topics include:
- Family overview and progression
- Features, architecture, and functionality of each version of the storage servers
- Planning, configuration, and management included with the storage servers
- Supported software that is available on storage servers, including utilities, backup application, and antivirus applications

Before taking this class you should be able to:
- Implementing and Servicing StorageWorks SANs Familiarity with HP SAN-attached disk arrays
- Experience with troubleshooting networks
- Completed at least one MSA or EVA course
- 20736 - Implementing MSA
- 24987 - Implementing EVA
