This two day lab is designed to allow the student to execute the labs from the HP Storage Essentials (SE and EE 6.0 Presales Technical Course) as self paced. Students are required to review the written course materials prior to attending the 2 day lab session. Instructors will be available to assist with the hands on labs and answers questions. This course is intended for experienced technical students. Lecture content will not be presented in this 2 day course.

This course is designed to provide training for the HP Storage Essentials (SE) storage resource management (SRM) software. The material includes:

• How to install the software and discover all storage system resources.
• How to configure and set up the software with respect to security, licenses, logging, reporting, and the database.
• A description of the user interface and how to use the GUI to perform essential tasks.
• How to support and troubleshoot the software by using reporting mechanisms, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Complete review of the 38316 HP Storage Essentials (SE and EE 6.0) PreSales Technical course lecture modules.
• Upon paid registration fee, the course lecture modules will be available for download
