The HP Commercial SMB Sales Essentials Training course is a broad overview of HP commercial SMB sales strategies, products, services, and support programs. The focus of the training is to introduce you to HP and show you how to use the HP commercial and SMB portfolio to increase your sales of HP Volume products, services, and solutions. Although this course covers a broad range of information, the information is synthesized into key sales and products areas such as, business drivers, customer profiles, markets and sales opportunities, positioning, key sales benefits, technology benefits, and consultative selling using the HP 7-Step sales methodology.
