Day 1: Solutions to help you sell, inkjet fundamentals, product portfolio review, hardware usability differences, printer driver installation on Mac & PC.

Day 2: HPGL-2/PCL-3 driver usage Windows, PCL-3 driver usage Macintosh, PostScript drivers installation & usage Windows/Macintosh, HP Color Centre, Easy Printer Care, Embedded Web Servers.

Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:

• Suggest appropriate solutions & programs
• Discuss printing in technical & graphics environments
• Explain the benefits of TIJ technology
• Position the portfolio of products to suit customer needs and introduce the Z6100 and T1100/T610 series
• Install drivers on PC & Macintosh computers
• Demonstrate the usage of HPGL-2, PCL-3 and PostScript drivers
• Demonstrate the Color Centre Z Series
• Manage the Designjet Z6100 and T1100 series using EWS and Easy Printer Care.
