Students discover first hand how to effectively turn transactional printing and imaging hardware sales into higher margin opportunities. Topics include up-sell/cross-sell strategies, selling color effectively, capturing copier pages via HP MFPs, basic print assessment practices, and selling print services. The entire course is case study driven
