This training session ensures that the Partner Representative
understands the entire HP Services portfolio to the level of being
able to (a) gather the prospect’s servicing needs, and, (b) decide
what the correct level of services to offer is. The HP Services
portfolio is able to meet the needs of a services customer from
a wide range of offerings. This session enables the Partner
Representative to recommend the appropriate level of services
from simple response uplifts to inclusive Mission Critical Services.
