We utilize the phrase “proactive services” without completely
capitalizing on the remarkable benefits it offers. If we,
however, educate the prospect of what we actually mean
when we use that term, what the benefits are to the prospect,
and the positive impact it can have on unplanned downtime
the chance for a positive outcome increases sharply. This
module will over-arch both P24 and CS and focus on the
value of the proactive components contained in each.
