Visit the "Support" section of the Partner Portal to access the many tools and resources available for service and support professionals. Under the Support area you will find Service Qualification Program information and the "Service and Support Training and Testing Guide" that provides detailed information and steps to using HP training and testing systems and resources.
Students have two options for accessing e-learning. To launch e-learning
Service and Support courses without logging into the HP Learning Center select
a course under the “Course by Category” section listed above. For all HP
partner e-learning courses including sales and technical, students may follow
the instructions below to navigate the HP Learning Center.
- www.hp.com/go/onlinelearning
- Enter your student ID number and your last name.
- Click AVAILABLE COURSES
- Choose GROUPED BY SUBJECT from the drop down menu.
- Choose your course from the displayed list.
- The course information datasheet will provide you with the description of the course and estimated duration of the class.
