This two day instructor-led course provides the wide range of skills and knowledge necessary to service and support the HP Designjet 4200/4500 scanner products. Hands-on labs provide experience in disassembly and assembly, calibration and usage of the scanner products.

The course is focused on set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting and hardware support for the 4200 and 4500 scanners. Additional training materials and documentation are included in the student training materials.

Designjet printers are not covered in this class. Students who desire the cc800/820MFP/4500MFP/T1100MFP Service Qualifications need to attend the classes for the individual Designjet printer models prior to or after taking this class.

This course helps service professionals prepare for HP Service Qualification which is required for warranty labor reimbursements and service partner program entitlements.
