The HP StorageWorks Windows Powered NAS Service & Support Instructor-Led Training (ILT) will cover the NAS 1000S, 1200S, B2000, 2000S, B3000, 4000S, E7000, and 9000S products. The course will focus on the B3000 and 4000S covering both single-device and clustered NAS environments, as applicable.

The v2 and v3 products in the NAS Family provide the baseline for this course.

AIS Certification: HP0-698 recommended exam preparation is course 9226
"HP StorageWorks Windows Powered NAS Service & Support Instructor Lead Training."

Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to taking HP StorageWorks Windows Powered NAS Service & Support ILT:

• Implementing and Servicing StorageWorks SANs (LU: E9-10187-L0; Catalog Code 2132)
• Familiarity with Proliant DL380 and DL580 series servers.
• Familiarity with basic network file server functions and processes.
• Familiarity with HP's SAN and NAS architectures.
• Familiarity with HP SAN-attached disk arrays.
• Experience with troubleshooting networks.
• Introduction to Windows Server 2003 (Catalog Code 2524)
• Installation, Configuration and Setup for Windows Server 2003 (Catalog Code 2108)
• Windows Server 2003 Cluster Course (Catalog Code 4454)

This course is primarily intended for HP Services field engineers, call center personnel, and other field personnel who provide installation and/or operational support assistance for the Windows Powered NAS product family.
