	Course overview

	Course modules include product overview, front panel configuration, system architecture, writing system, ink system, print quality troubleshooting, media, module removal/replacement, diagnostics and troubleshooting. The service manual will be distributed in hardcopy or on CD-ROM. This two day training class is limited to 10 students per class to ensure maximum participation and hands on experience. The course will have at least 50% hands-on labs

	Service qualification

	This course helps service professionals prepare for HP service qualification which is required for warranty labor reimbursements and service partner program entitlements. This instructor-led training course is part of a Service Qualification and may require additional courses or testing. Access to CertPro, student dashboards and exams is available from this site.
