The course modules include product overview, front panel configuration, system architecture, writing system, ink system, print quality troubleshooting, media, module removal/replacement, diagnostics and troubleshooting. The service manual will be distributed in hardcopy or on CD-ROM

This two-day training class size is limited to 10 students per class to ensure maximum participation and hands on experience. The course will have at least 50% hands-on labs.

This course helps service professionals prepare for HP Service Qualification which is required for warranty labor reimbursements and service partner program entitlements.
